Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel was conveniently located near an attraction that we had planned to visit. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the food was good. Finally, the staff was always friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was quite run down and in need of major renovations. the carpets were stained, and the rooms had a musty smell.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was extraordinary, and the massage session we had there was heavenly. the sun loungers in the indoor swimming pool area were pristine, making for a relaxing and enjoyable day. the catering service was top-notch, and the dishes were delicious. the bar/lounge area was perfect for winding down and enjoying a drink after a long day.

The only minor issue we had was the noise level at breakfast due to a large influx of guests. the hotel staff swiftly addressed this issue and apologized for any inconvenience.

We had a great stay with helpful and accommodating staff. The best aspects were the convenient location next to the mountain, the clean and well-maintained hotel facilities, and the delicious breakfast options. Additionally, the on-site parking and nearby transportation made exploring this city easy.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, with easy access to the train station and the main malls. TAI mountain is easily reachable from here, making it an ideal location for adventurous guests. the hotel rooms are luxurious, with beautiful bathrooms and excellent service. the breakfast is delicious, and the view from the rooms is breathtaking. This hotel has terrific facilities that make it stand out from other hotels. There is also a pool area and convention center that are perfect for events.

One thing to note is that the hotel can sometimes be crowded, and there might be long queues at peak times.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the city center and within walking distance to many attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered a good variety of options.

The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby and conference rooms and not in the rooms itself which was inconvenient.
